Refunds
We offer a complete refund, no questions asked, within
30 days of purchase. We admit that -- while refunds are rare -- we
have received an occasional request and have honored that request.
Refunds are more streamlined through the RegNow service. We also
will only refund an international customer if they ordered through RegNow.
Refunds requests may take up to a week before you get a response, if you
purchase the product with PayPal. We will then send you either a PayPal
payment to your account (let us know your account), or a company check through
the mail (US/Canada only, $US). Contact us by email.
